Return Policy
- Material may only be returned after obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
- Product returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment, and will be accepted only after the material has been verified undamaged and in resalable condition.
- There are no returns on special order or custom merchandise.
- A minimum 20% Handling Charge will be imposed on all materials returned.
- Credit Memos will be issued for all material returns and will be applied against future purchases.
