Installation Instructions

Lag shield anchor installation can be completed in four easy steps explained below in the step by step instructions as well as in the anchor installation video above. These concrete fasteners can be used in almost any solid material including concrete, brick, block, and stone. Lag shields can not be over expanded and are used to develop excellent holding values in softer base material. Short lag shield anchors should be used in hard masonry to reduce drilling time. Step by Step Installation Instructions follow:

1. Drill proper hole diameter, see technical specifications.

2. Clean out hole.

3. Insert lag shield anchor in hole and tap with hammer if needed.

4. Place fixture over anchor, insert lag screw and tighten.
