Where is my order?
An email will be sent with tracking information within 24 hours of processing your order. If ordered by 2:00 pm EST, your order will ship the same business day (unless otherwise noted). Typically, packages leave the warehouse in less than four hours after an order is received. If there are questions, or if an email is not received, then please email Mike at email@example.com. We would be happy to track your order for you.
Do you offer a discount for larger quantities?
Yes! Depending upon the product, a large bulk order may qualify for special pricing. Contact Mike at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a custom quote. Credit terms are also available for qualified business accounts.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally and have customers in 23 foreign countries. All international orders are paid via wire transfer prior to shipment, with shipping costs calculated per order. Contact Mike at email@example.com for further information.
If an item is broken and/or defective, how will I receive a replacement?
Please contact customer service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Do you have coupon codes?
No coupon codes are required because we offer competitive prices plus free shipping on orders over $25.
Where are you located?
The corporate office is located in Cleveland, Ohio, a Midwest town which offers an educated talent pool with a strong work ethic, helping to ensure our business remains customer-friendly and competitive.
Do you have any retail outlets?
We do not have any retail store locations. All orders are shipped from our national warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio. This generates a fast order turnaround without a need for back orders.
Is it safe to put my credit card information into this website?
Our site uses SSL encryption. We do not store any credit card information. Credit card data is handled by Authorize.net, our payment processing company that is the best in the business. Your personal information is always safe and will never be shared.

How can I track my order? Where is my package?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped! The tracking information is usually valid and can be tracked within 24 hours of the order shipping.
How will my order ship when using free shipping?
Your order will ship using the least expensive method, such as USPS, UPS, UPS Ground Freight, or Truck.
