Where is my order?
An email will be sent with tracking information within 24 hours of processing your order. If ordered by 2:00 pm EST, your order will ship the same business day (unless otherwise noted). Typically, packages leave the warehouse in less than four hours after an order is received. If there are questions, or if an email is not received, then please email Sales at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to track your order for you.
Do you offer a discount for larger quantities?
Yes! Depending upon the product, a large bulk order may qualify for special pricing. Contact Sales at email@example.com to receive a custom quote. Credit terms are also available for qualified business accounts.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally and have customers in 23 foreign countries. All international orders are paid via wire transfer prior to shipment, with shipping costs calculated per order. Contact Sales at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
If an item is broken and/or defective, how will I receive a replacement?

Do you have coupon codes?
No coupon codes are required because we offer competitive prices plus free shipping on orders over $25.

Do you have any retail outlets?
We do not have any retail store locations. All orders are shipped from our national warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio. This generates a fast order turnaround without a need for back orders.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped! The tracking information is usually valid and can be tracked within 24 hours of the order shipping.
How will my order ship when using free shipping?
Your order will ship using the least expensive method, such as USPS, UPS, UPS Ground Freight, or Truck.
