Designed for use in most masonry materials
Dry indoor applications
Available in two diameters:
3/16" diameter requires a hole size of 5/32"
1/4" diameter requires a hole size of 3/16"
CONFAST® Flat-Head Concrete Screw are measured as an overall length including the head
Used in wood applications where the head of the CONFAST® Flat-Head Concrete Screw, once installed, is flush with the surface of the wood
Embedment requirements
Each screw to obtain minimum holding values must be installed a minimum of 1" into the base material
The CONFAST® Flat-Head Concrete Screw are designed not to be installed into the base material any deeper than 1-3/4"
Maximum thread length of the CONFAST® Flat-Head Concrete Screw is 1-3/4"
When installing the CONFAST® Flat-Head Concrete Screw, never over torque
The CONFAST® Flat-Head Concrete Screw utilizes a Phillips bit, such as:
The 3/16" - #2 Phillips bit
The 1/4" - #3 Phillips bit
