Installation Instructions for the Nylon Nail-it
Nylon Nail-It Anchors can be installed into concrete, brick or block base material in four easy steps. The Nylon Nail-it is preassembled and ready to use, ensuring quick and accurate installation. The Nylon Nail-it is a light duty fastener that is tamper and corrosion resistant. Simple step-by-step installation instructions follow:
| 1. Using a hammer drill and a proper sized carbide tipped drill bit, drill a hole in the base material 1/4” deeper than the expected embedment. |
| 2. Clean out hole of all debris. |
| 3. Insert the Nylon Nail-it Anchor through the hole in the fixture and into the hole in the base material. |
| 4. Using a hammer, hit the nail into the anchor until the head of the nail is flush with the top of the anchor. |
