Features of the Tapcon® Concrete Screw:
- Fast installation... drill a hole... drive an anchor
- 1/4 ” Tapcon uses 3/16” bit and 3/16” Tapcon use 5/32” bit
- Packaged with one Tapcon "close tolerance" masonry drill
bit per 100 anchors. Also available in bulk packaging
- Available in 3/16" and 1/4" diameters and in lengths 1-1/4"
- 6".
- Replaces small diameter expansion anchors, plugs and screws in light
to medium duty applications
- No need to pre-spot holes....and no inserts are required
- Reversible and removable....can be installed close to an edge
- The minimum embedment requirement is 1" and the maximum embedment
is 1-3/4"
- Two head styles- Hex washer slotted and flat countersunk Phillips
- Stainless steel available, 1/4” diameter
- Acceptable for use with ACQ threaded lumber
