The CONFAST® Acorn Head Sleeve Anchor receives its name from the type of nut that is assembled on the anchor stud and sleeve.
The acorn nut on the CONFAST® Acorn Head Sleeve Anchor is an open end acorn nut that allows the stud to protrude above the top of the nut.
A true acorn nut is closed and would not allow the anchor to be fully set. This nut design allows for an improved finished look.
