Installation Instructions

The installation of machine screw anchors can be completed in four steps. These fasteners can be used in concrete, brick, block, and mortar. Machine screws have excellent holding values due to the fact that they can flow into irregularities in drilled holes. The machine-threaded bolt used during installation can be removed and reinserted without affecting the holding value. A setting tool is required to set this type of concrete anchor. Step by Step Installation Instructions follow:

1. Drill hole the recommended diameter into the base material.

2. Clean debris from hole and insert machine screw anchor into hole, threaded cone part first.

3. Insert set-tool in to anchor. Using a hammer hit the setting tool, until anchor is set.

4. Set fixture over anchor and insert machine threaded bolt through the fixture and into the anchor.
